The form will be available for download when logged into your account beginning in January of the new year.  Simply log into your account, go to Wallet > W2G History > Choose the row you'd like to download > Select ZIP to download the file. 

If you only need a record of your Transaction History, you can easily access it by logging into your account and going to the Menu>Wallet>Transaction History to view up to 6 months of activity. If you need a longer history, just reach out to us, and we’ll provide it for you.
